The Parish Facilities Grant program is managed by the Catholic Foundation of Oklahoma Parish Life Grants Committee. The parish facility improvement program is open to parishes and mission churches in the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City with total annual income under $500,000.
The Parish Facilities Grant Program is designed to assist with facility maintenance, repairs and new construction projects for parishes and missions who have limited financial capacity. The parish must pay for 50% of the project and the grant may pay for up to 50% of the project.
50% from the Parish
The parish or mission church provides 50% of funds for the project from local fundraising or loans from the Parish Deposit and Loan Fund (PDLF), paid over-time.
25% from the Archdiocese
Gifts from the Annual Catholic Appeal provide up to 25% of the project,
25% from the Catholic Foundation
An anonymous donor provides up to 25% of project

Important Information:
Written requests for grants are accepted twice each year in February and September. Analysis of grant requests will be made by the Catholic Foundation Parish Life Grants Committee. As part of the application review process, the Catholic Foundation may request a site visit and meeting with parish leadership. All applications must include a detailed written description of the project and plan, photos or concept drawings and a detailed financial budget. The parish must secure 50% of the total funds needed for the project prior to distribution of grant funds. Awardees will submit a signed contract or purchase order prior to fund distribution. Awardees will submit a report within 12 months to detail the progress of the project and its impact on the local community. Awardees will submit a progress report every 12 months until the project is complete and a final report after completion in cases of long term construction.
